Does fizz internet use Vidéotron coaxial wire to connect fizz modem?

Hi I'm with Altima that use Videotron wire to provide Internet and it's phone up service. My question is if fizz use same wire and if I need to cancel Altima previously or do it after , does Altima signal will inyerywith fuzz signal or they fix that?
Also doest fizz provide any IP phone to connect out home phones ? Or witch companies could provide an iP phone service to use with fizz internet and with our phone devices ?

    Hi @elQuenio

    Yes is using the Videotron Coaxiale, therefore, if you decide to subscribe the modem will be delivered and you will need to connect and configure the password (for sure activate it) but you will get all the information, very easy.

    I will close altima the day after you installed the Fizz modem, they will not interfere, since if you have a split you can also use in the same time.

    Fizz at the moment doesn't have any IP phone service. Check fongo for example.

    Do you know that Fizz give 25$ credit on the first plan activate in one account, if you are using a referral code during the activation? You can pick mine after code in my name or pick one from here

    You are OK to start Fizz internet if you are currently using cable internet over Videotron in Quebec, should be ready to go. To make sure you don't lose access you should set up Fizz fully first and then close out any other account.

    Fizz uses the Videotron network so the same coax cable.
