GTA Traffic Bottlenecks

What do you think are the worst traffic bottlenecks in the GTA (and how would you fix them)?

My top 3 are:

  1. Westbound on Eglinton from Bathurst to Allen Rd.
  2. Eastbound 401 from 427 to 409.
  3. Avenue rd Northbound from Davenport to St Clair

    For me it's when you get to ajax, the lane drops from like 6 lanes to 3.
