how long does it take for someone to receive gifted data?

pretty much instantly. you should receive an email when someone sent the data. if you sent the data, the amount should be deducted instantly too. there has been an error with people not able to send data to certain accounts. in that case the notification of your account should show the error.

I actually just asked the same question just now because I gifted someone data half an hour ago and the data wasn't deducted from my account. So I sent some again and same thing, the amount wasn't deducted. Really weird.
