Usage

Hello,
The "see my usage" page on my account is confusing because it only shows "remaining" as a total. I'm looking for a quick summary of the total data used, not remaining in each bucket (ie - show me a grand total number used), so I can compare it with the usage on my phone. For a while I thought the counts did not match because it was not clear which bucket the usage was coming from. Now I have seen that I have to go to daily, do the math before I can compare. This is not obvious, you need to show a summary total used data. Unfortunately for me, I now see I used "extra bonus" data when in fact I had plenty of data left in my plan... the display is confusing.

In the overview tab you should have a number that corresponds to the total data remaining. From there you can calculate how much you used, if that's what you are asking…

You can see the total in your account.

Hi @Tony_D1
I was looking all around, I can see only the usage of the previous month.
In order to see the usage of the month I need to calculate, when I go on my plan I can see the data remain and the total that was available at the beginning of your cycle. Sorry
