It's good that they are listening. Not many companies react this quickly to customers concerns.

yes it’s great that they listen but honestly it was not really a concern. Peoples should be able to express their opinion wether it be wit a comment or a reaction 🤷♂️ we live in a fragile world now, peoples can’t express themself freely even while being respectful

I agree but I didn't agree with the fact that it was anonymous.
This is a forum where we exchange opinions and discuss various topics.
If someone has a negative comment let them publicly share it but also own up to it

Yeah everything is anonymous, except for the reply comments. This forum seems to work a little bit like youtube in therm of visibility of likes and dislikes
