its great you can buy physical sims, at EB Games I got mine. But to counter this good stuff, Its the most expensive sim card I have ever had to purchase by 6x the latter. After taxes in BC which are high, but still after tax for a sim card that to add when i noticed the sim was intended for new users, even though you can transfer it to a old fizz number, this card was.. duh duh nah naah -$28.00 , ($25.00 w/o tax) I have several thoughts about why its may cost this much, but next time knowing this information ill be sticking with esim.

The deal is great in Qc :

" A $15 perk will be added to your Fizz account after activation to cover the cost of your SIM card."

and the cost itself is 15$, so basically at no charge.

So, why are you purchasing a starter kit from EB Games then? It is clearly stated on the package, that it is a starter kit for new members only.

It is not the SIM card, you are paying for, it is the starter pack perks that you are paying. Such as

    • $75 bill credit
    • 100 GB of data
    • 1500 reward points

If all you wanted is a SIM card, you could have gotten that from Circle K with a bill credit that covers the cost of the SIM.

Quick tips: to ensure compatibility with the VoLTE network, simply check that a tiny red lightning bolt icon appears next to the SIM card's serial number.
