I quit a corporate job, and I have a new phone + Fizz SIM and I want to port my number.
However, I am not sure which IEMI number I need to use. My old phone belongs to the existing company/account. I will eventually leave this phone at my old job (their property). I assume this is the IEMI number I need to have when making the switch, since it proves the relationship to the existing account. Is this correct?
Or I need to enter the IEMI number of my new phone?

Hi @mbraucht
In order to get the IMEI you need to type *#06#
You can get all the information from this guide

I don't think it matters who's the owner of your phone… you only need the IMEI to proceed with the activation. After that, even if you have to give the phone back in the future, you can use your Fizz SIM in whatever phone you'd like. Please let me know if this answers your question and if you need more help!

If you want to transfer your corporate phone number it will be not possible with Fizz directly.
If your phone number is associated with a landline or VOIP, it cannot be transferred over to Fizz. Same goes for an administrative phone number — for example, a number associated with an organization or public institution. You must choose a new number.
The workaround would be to transfer your corporate phone number to a different provider and after that to Fizz.
