Hello is there a way to set up a specific date ?
I'll be moving from my flat to a house and I'd like to have the service moved but I might still stay a bit in my flat until everything is moved from it.

It might not be a problem if the switch is fast from an address to another though

You have to contact customer service to set your move

If there is a delay between your move, Fizz can temporarily suspend for the move from one address to another

Hi @Corents, you can move internet from your old apartment to you new house from your account. There is the option of Moving in Manage plan. You can set the day of disconnection in your old place and the day of activation in the new one. If the days are different, Fizz will suspend the service for those days so you don't end up paying without being able to use the service. If you choose self installation and you don't need the intervention of a technician, it should be instantaneous!
