Internet not working

I just activated my Fizz modem, but I have not canceled Colbanet Internet yet. Do I have to cancel my current Internet provider first?

Now that you have the Internet with Fizz, you can cancel with Colbanet

You will keep your internet with Fizz, technician Vidéotron will not come to unplug the outside cable if is your question
