After power came back from outage. modem is not able to connect to get WAN ip address. Is Fizz service working or down

Did you try to restart the modem? Maybe the outage is also affecting Fizz service? Let me check

As @BlueGiant_L57D2 posted, it's probably related to the major outage of Videotron… you can try contacting Fizz customer service if you need more details otherwise just wait
