the new users have their message in moderation, therefore, your message will need to be release from a moderator.
This will happen for a couple of weeks after your message will be posted immediately,

It is an antispam system, after couples of days/weeks they will remove the restrictions on the new account

I am having the same problem, but in the french part of the site it doesnt

If you just registered you are probably in your probation period so you have to wait for a moderator to validate your posts

Otherwise, as Elena said, it could be the antispam system which comes into effect when you post 5 message in 90 seconds
