I used to have wi-fi calls before Fizz, but honestly, if the other user didn't have the feature the call quality sounded the same to me! Still a neat feature to have Have a good one!

Go into you profile, navigate through plans, phones, Benefiz....click buy new phone and that's it.

I think you cannot change the phone number once you have been assigned one… did you maybe want to port your old number from your old provider? if that's the case you have to do it during activation
