level 7 as well, and i just checked my upgrades and am wondering what's the point in having so many rebates when you can only use three at a time? for example, i have 4 x $2 and 1 x $1 rebates for internet. i am already using 3 x $2 so there's no room to use an extra $2 rebate.

The only reason I can find is if you have more plans under the same account, because in that case you are gonna have the same amount of upgrades but more slots where you can place them (3 per plan indeed)

You can use them when you have multiple phone numbers on the same account.

I'm only on level 3 — with internet only I think it's very hard to level up quickly.
