When I change my plan do I keep my Bonuses(-$1), Perks and Badges previously obtained?

That's because it's related to the cost of the plan offered, if the plan offer has been changed by Fizz overtime you are gonna see a different price, however you can still keep and apply your upgrades because those are related to the level you achieved, as well as the perks and badges... they are not related in any way to the plan you choose

I don't really think because now when I try to change my plan it gives me a higher price for the same plan(with the same options).

I am not sure about this because if I try to change my plan now it gives me a higher price for the same options(same data package, minutes includes, etc.)
