First time post here: soon former PM customer here.

When voice add-ons are added to a Fizz plan - in Canada, are the incoming calls counting towards the purchased minutes (60min)?

Hi @MAlex

Yes the incoming calls use up the addons, moreover, the calls in round up to the next minutes, therefore, 10 seconds calls is 1 minute

I think Voice calls do not count call time but Elena said yes!

All incoming and outgoing calls are billed by the minute. As such, if you make a call that lasts 1 minute and 4 seconds, you will be charged 2 minutes.
