    That's because Fizz only recently started expanding. And as far as understood, even in Ottawa the service is not that good as it is in Quebec

    You see people from Qc, because Fizz initially was only in Quebec and a part of Ottawa. Now with the acquisition of a provider from west canada, fizz is available for people from west and central Canada:-)
