Does mobile data get throttled?

I am new to fizz, coming from Rogers. I would like to know if Cellular data can be subject to the fizz internet management policy. I would also like to know if the network has multiple tiers where Videotron custumers might be prioritized during high peak times. I am a power user when it comes to data and I usually use my phone everywhere I go. Thanks for answering.

    No Fizz doesn't have policy about throttling the speed

    I never notice any limitation in LTE speed

    I'm not by any mean a power user regarding mobile data but I don't think Fizz has any throttling policy on mobile data...
