Complaint to improvment - Perks, profile and stats.
That's too bad for them, cause I'm not coming here anymore except when it's very needed and I'm just very frustrated everything I come here and post. That thing, I hope it's gonna be fix for future members and I do hope that it's never happening to any of you.
Then, I just realized that I had over 12$ of perks for my Internet, but only can activate 3 of them at the same time. I'm just guessing I have reach the maximum fidelity program to a point where it is useless for me to earn points or get excitement for a new perk to unlock.
Fizz has been around for a while now, but I feel like it's fidelity program is stuck and somewhat broken.

This is a common complaint, that members have more perks that slots
Fizz should do something, since it is common to have multiple phone plan in one account( but I believe it will be better to have multiple account) however, it is very rare that someone has multiple internet account, therefore, useless to have that perks

You are right @webdavid, the upgrades are kind of redundant and the slots are not enough to accommodate them. It's crazy how we receive for 4 times a $2 discount on home internet when the slots are only 3. Also, why after these 4, should I receive another 1$ discount? What's the point honestly? I believe a refresh of the upgrades system is potentially needed and has been pointed already several times. May I ask you which level did you reach?

Yes, I think the same thing as you. I believe the rewards program needs to be improved with new rewards.

You are right, current perks worked well for a while. Now that Fizz is a big boy with long time members, improvements is surely needed. There are more and more discussion in the forum about this (both french and english side). Hope they are listening!

Some upgrades don't make a lot of sense... Also Fizz could introduce something to spice things up, especially for long time users

In the end, it's a good problem if I have to compare to my old providers, right ?
My biggest complaint is was more about the change of address that delete your forum profile, infos and perks. That one really sucks.0 -
Yeah the fact that changing your email address had you loos everything, it really sucks!

The email thing really needs to be addressed. It's not fair especially to long time loyal customers. Hope they find a solution soon.
