Did not receive my sim card
Hi, I did not receive my sim card (not in front of my door or in the mailbox), although I received a message claiming that it has been delivered on Friday, March 1, 2024. I live in a calm and safe community and no one would steal it from my doorstep. Thank you for your help!

Usually Fizz ask to buy a new one and at the activation ask for the refund.
If you live near a store, https://fizz.ca/en/participating-stores/sim-card, probably you can buy it there and ask for refund.
You should contact the support, https://fizz.ca/en/solutions, stay on the guide and click at the bottom right of the page to chat with an agent to find a solution that will fit you best.
