Invalid user name and password

Hi all, new here. I created an account, got the code, and entered it. Since then it has given me "I am sorry invalid user name and password" screen. I I tried from my phone and getting the same error.

    I believe you really need to involve the customer service if none of the suggestions from other users work. It could be a typo or maybe the confirmation email went into the spam folder so you didn't confirm your account... Let us know if you manage to solve your issue... this could be helpful if someone else find themselves in the same situation as yours
