Try to recover the password https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-unable-log-my-fizz-account-what-do-i-do, did you confirmed the account?
If this does not help, contact the support, sometime we type a wrong email without double-checking, to contact the support, stay on the guide page and click in the bottom right corner in order to chat with the support.

Hi Denly, I don't think this is a problem we can help with unfortunately, we're just users like you, for technical problems like this you'll have to contact Fizz support. If you go to the help page and click on the green chat bubble in the bottom right, you'll be put in touch with a customer support agent. Good luck.

I believe you really need to involve the customer service if none of the suggestions from other users work. It could be a typo or maybe the confirmation email went into the spam folder so you didn't confirm your account... Let us know if you manage to solve your issue... this could be helpful if someone else find themselves in the same situation as yours
