My internet is down

It’s been since yesterday night that our Internet is down. I reset the modem already by unplugging it. I checked online for down detector and it appears that fizz has problems on their side on my are in Ahuntsic Montreal. Can anyone tell me what’s going on ? No one answers on the chats. It’s urgent

Probably the weather damage your cable contact the support

I think there an outage, wait at least 24 hours. After 24 hours, unplug and replug your modem. If internet still down contact Fizz.

Every time we have freezing rain or strong winds, most of the internet providers have issues unfortunately
