The bill is pay automatic, FIzz doesn't have booth
If you had a problem, here the procedure, how to fix it and to force the payment
If you still have problem, you can contact the support, stay on the guide and click on the green bubble on the bottom right of the page

Hi Eric!
Fizz is a prepaid service, the amount due of your plan is taken from a credit card associated with your account automatic.
No need to worry about manual payment.

You can only pay by associating a credit card to your account. Being Fizz only prepaid, you don't have any bill to pay later on but you have to pay in advance to have service
