I woke up having no internet connection. Is there a problem with the Fizz today? Living in H3W area

Probably an issue due to the temperature.

Have you checked on the Hydro-Québec outage https://infopannes.solutions.hydroquebec.com/info-pannes/pannes/pannes-en-cours?langue=en to see if there's a power outage in your area?

I checked the outage and there is no problem in our area. I checked the servive and it says fully functioned then why I don’t have internet connection today?! I tried restarting my modem and still no internet connection.

If you don't have hydroquebec nearby your house, please contact the support

maybe the weather did some damage to videotron infrastructure in your sector.
