Fizz calling does not ring on caller side

I have 2 lines that are affected. When I call these lines or anyone else calls these numbers, they do not hear the ringing sound. The 2 fizz lines do ring when calls come in, but the person making the calls just gets radio silence. If the fizz lines don't pickup, the person making the calls goes to voice mail. How can this be fixed so that callers hear the ringing when making calls to my fizz lines?
