Can I use data Fizz in Cuba?

Hi @DanielaP

You can use the Fizz mobile in Cuba only for Data and SMS, however, you need to buy the add ons for the DATA or the outgoing SMS or put the money in the Fizz wallet. You cannot use Fizz for calls outside Canada and USA.

And the incoming SMS are free everywhere in the world.

However, usually the hotel have free wifi, and you can use that also to make calls, there are app such as TextNow, fongo, Whatsapp, telegram, ..... etc

If you are going to use the WiFi, can I suggest using a VPN, using a public wifi spot it is always better to use a VPN

Yes, you can - just buy a travel add-on. Did it several years ago and worked great.
