(a) I am wondering if it is possible to buy an iphone 15 with a higher storage than 256GB? will any options be available soon with 512GB storage or higher?

(b) Also I am wondering if there would be more flexible payment options to pay the phone's price other than monthly installements. For example:
(b1) pay half the price now, and then pay the remaining in installments? or
(b2) pay the installements in 12 months insteads of 24 months?
