Texts while overseas
I am currently overseas and purchased a travel add on plus I have money in my fizz wallet. I am able to receive and send texts like normal, however I am not getting any code verification texts (from banks, apps...). Anyone know why I am not getting these automated texts?

Try to contact your bank it can be a security measure
Try to contact the Fizz's support too https://fizz.ca/en/support, on the bottom right you will find a green icon click on it in order to chat with the support

Probably it's a spam blocker in your phone! Search this way and probably you will find

As elena mentioned I believe it could be a safety feature of your bank not sending text to people being in a foreign country... try contacting them and ask
