Hello, anyone having issue sending SMS with Samsung Galaxy S24?

With the new Samsung S24 I cannot send SMS, but I can receive them. Anyone fixed that issue yet?

Yes I did configured the APN via the received messages and manually without success.

do you have a plan that includes SMS or have you added credit to your account to send SMS? Are we specifically discussing SMS or MMS?

Would you like to try setting the SMSC of Videotron (+15144240053) instead of Fizz (+14385200092)?

Ensure that your phone is correctly configured for the Short Message Service Center (SMSC).

The number configured in your phone should be: +1-438-520-0092.

The process might differ depending on your phone model. Here are two examples:

Verification on Android: Applications → Messaging icon → Context Menu (the three dots at the top of the screen) → Settings → More Settings → Text Messages

Editing on Android: Dial *#*#4636#*#* from your phone keypad → Phone Information → SMSC: Update with +14385200092

You are right my SMSC is configure to +14385200092

But that configuration is greyed out in the message app setting so I am not able to change it.

Nothing happen when dialing *#*#4636#*#*

I'm trying to figure out how I can edit that setting. I'm on Samsung Android 14

You can try to change by putting your SIM to another phone, not Samsung.
