Can I use helix modem with fizz?

My fizz Modem is not working, I already reported fizz but It looks like they will not come anytime soon. I need to work so I want to use my old modem, do you think it will work with fizz?

    Unfortunatly no 😐 Helix works only with Videotron. You can use Fizz Internet only with Fizz modem. Sorry...
