Not eligible for free VoLTE SIM?

Hi,

Apologies if it's been asked before.

I tried ordering the VoLTE compatible SIM card by clicking the link in the email reminder I received. It directed me to the Fizz website with the following message:

Based on your account information, you are currently not eligible for a $0 SIM card.

Why is that? I tried also by clicking the link in the "My phones" section, still gives me same message.

    I had same issues ! Contact customer support and they will fix that for you. You will receive your new free VoLTE SIM card.
