When changing mobile plan, do we lose the upgrades and perks once the new plan takes effect ?

For example, I have 1 dollar rebate, and 500 MB and 250 MB additional data. Will I lose them ?

    You will keep all your upgrades as long as your plan is active. The same upgrades will be there every month even when your new plan takes effect.

    Each time you reach a new level in the My Rewards program, you unlock a new upgrade.
