Looks like you are talking about the Beta prices in BC, Alberta or Manitoba. The prices are valid only during the Beta testing and the usual price will be applied once the testings are over.

The current Beta price depends on the chosen plan (not sure which one are you talking about). But prices can be changed frequently.
