Can I call from the US?

Hi, I have the 60 gb / month plan, with unlimited minutes and texts. This plan allows me to use my data in the U.S. However, I don't know if I can call numbers (both US and Canadian numbers) while being in the U.S with no extra charges.

How can I know if this is included in my plan?

In order to to call and receive calls while you're in US you need to have:

1. Canada-US plan

2. VoLTE certified phone

Yes you call in Canada from US if you have Canada plan and you bought US trip pack

If you do not have a US-Canada plan, you can use the free TextNow app to make/receive calls and send/receive SMS. It uses Wifi or data.

If you have the Canada+USA coverage plan with Fizz, you can indeed use your service in both Canada and the USA without incurring additional charges. This includes the ability to call both US and Canadian numbers while you are in either country. Just make sure that your roaming is enabled when you are in the US to ensure connectivity through Fizz's partner networks.

However, it's important to note that Fizz's partner zone, which includes the USA, is meant for occasional use. If you exceed 50% of your total usage in the partner zone for more than three consecutive months, Fizz may restrict or block your account, as this usage pattern would be against their policy.

For using your data in the USA, there won't be extra charges as long as you're on the Canada+USA coverage plan. You will need to have data roaming activated to access the data on Fizz EXT and US networks, since Fizz doesn’t have its own infrastructure in the US.
