i changed plans the the price is differnt now

i changed my plan to 15G with USA plan it was suppose to be 38, i look now its 40$ the change because of my billing was is not till next month? why am i not getting the 38$ plan?

    Hi @Corey P.

    If you made changes when the plan was at $38, you are supposed to pay $38 + 0.49 + TX.

    Could you please review the email confirming the modification to confirm the pricing?

    Additionally, examine the service agreement, where you can find all the details.

    Afterwards, please contact support and provide a screenshot of the email.

    I got SMS text showing the amount with taxes of 42.94,


    but when i go back to change my plan it shows 40$ which would add up to 42.94


    is this a bug in the system?\


    how do i contact support is this not support?

    42.94 with taxes (if we are in Quebec) is 37.34 without tax

    Did you check the service agreement? You will find all the detail

    42.94 with taxes is 38 +TX therefore it seems ok to me, all the price are without taxes

    40 + TX = 45.2
