cannot input my address

When activating my SIM card, the site asks me to enter my address but there is no place to enter the address. I tried using my iphone, ipad and PC but there simply isn't a field where I can enter my address on your site. Please help.

    Try to contact the support, since it is a couple of years that I have activated my plan and I don't remember

    Did you try to use the browser in private mode?


    I tried to add a new plan and I have this

    And if I click on add a new home address I can add it
