How can I have volte enabled on my device worked with my previous carrier.

    1. Make sure you have a VOLTE compatible fizz sim card (one that has a red lightning bolt symbol on it). Older ones don't, in which case you'll need to order a new one for free through your fizz account.
    2. Make sure your phone is VoLTE certified : https://fizz.ca/en/faq/compatible-devices#3
    Note that not every phone that suppports it with other carriers is certified by Fizz, which can be annoying as it means you'll eventually have to change either phone or carrier.
    3. If 1 & 2 are ok, make sure your phone is updated and VoLTE is enabled - the above link has instructions on how exactly to do that.
