compatability LTE

Hiya, I'm having some trouble getting my Nokia 7.2 on the LTE network of Fizz. Previously (with different carrier) I never had a problem using voLTE on my Nokia 7.2, am I doing something wrong here, or is Fizz just a bit picky with what phones they support?

Your phone is not certified with Fizz, therefore, you cannot use the VoLTE https://fizz.ca/en/faq/compatible-devices, at least at the moment

• Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '❔' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode

• If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser.
