Refund not processed - Order number 7217330702

I had cancelled the order number 7217330702 on 22nd December 2023. Charge was for 56.34 CAD. Received email that the order was cancelled. I still haven't received the refund and its been nearly 2 weeks now! No refund has been initated under transaction history!
