the unspoken rule

I would propose that there is an unspoken rule that binds fizz customers together; we stick by fizz by being loyal customers and in return fizz offers us the best and cheapest plans in the market.

Lately, markets prices seem to be lower among the competition.

I see koodo offering 40go for 34$ and virgin offering 50Go for the same price (canada-wide).

I somehow expected that fizz would match the competition.

All the fizz perks are a nice bonus, but the bottom line that attracts a customer is the price.

For me, I prefer Fizz because the customized plan and rolling over the data, even I know other competitors offer good promotions during the holiday season. But for sure, the price is getting cheaper and cheaper now. So as well, Fizz did lower something. Good luck!

    Hi

is not this the market rules?

If a company A attract more customers, a company B should offer something more in order to stay in business?

The perks are the best part of Fizz. Data gifting and free service by getting referrals is the best.

What I like about Fizz is that they offer a Canada/US plan at a good price. I am informed enough to say whether the competition offers something similar. Data gifting and most of the perks are definitely a bonus as well.

You bring up a really valid point about the balance between customer loyalty and competitive pricing in the telecom market. It's true that many customers choose and stay with a provider like Fizz because of attractive pricing in addition to other perks.

When competitors like Koodo or Virgin start offering more data for similar or lower prices, it's natural to expect your current provider to respond in some way to keep up with the market. After all, for most customers, the price is a major deciding factor, especially in a market as competitive as mobile services.

Fizz started to provide services for the lower prices, so now other companies do the same to attract more clients. This is the marketing. We can just wait and see what will be the counter offer from Fizz.
