Can you use the Fizz app if the modem is in Bridge mode?

When adding new network, the app can only look for the Hitron Wi-Fi, so I guess it cannot find the modem if it's in bridge mode?

In bridge mode, the Wi-Fi is disabled, along with all router functionalities. Therefore, I don't see why you would need to do that.

Moreover, Fizz states that to remove bridge mode, you need to reset the modem. This leads me to believe that you cannot use the Fizz app in bridge mode.

I’m guessing no for the app because it’s pre-programmed. But there might be alternatives to access the modem. Check out this thread for more info:
