Issue registering my account + setting up plan

I received my SIM yesterday, but, set up the plan, each time, the error message is different, either on the payment page or the activation code. I have escalated the issues to customer service, but, they are slow too & can't find the main trouble!

    Hi @Shubhajit_2023

    regarding the activation code that error it will come out the second time you try the process, probably after you have a payment problem. That error is because the activation code is locked for two hours

    i believe that you problem is with the payment

    id you are using a Canadian credit card (not a prepaid one) everything should be good

    but you need to wait the CS response sorry
