I want to know how to transfer the old phone number to Fizz. Do I need to contact my old phone plan company? How should I apply it online because I did not see any option for transferring my phone number.

How is the coverage in Vancouver? Does the data plan cover all of Canada or just certain countries?

Hi @Rikka

In order to transfer a mobile phone to Fizz, this must be active and not you don't contact the previous provider, when the porting is completed the old contract will be closed.
