New customer - voice mail doesn't work

I pressed 1 and recorded a message and entered a pin. It seemed happy. I called my phone and received a generic greeting (not mine). When I try to retrieve the message, it says "to retrieve a voicemail first set a password and greeting". Thought I did that!. I press "set-up"and it asks for a pin. I twice enter the pin I set originally and it says "saving password". After a few seconds, I get "voicemail error - try again later". Have gotten this many times. Can anyone help?

    Never happen to me, can you try to configure back it can be a temporary problem

    • Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '❔' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode

    • Choose the option 💬 chat

    • If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser.
