Is the 250mb free upgrade every month? And if yes what are all of the other upgrades that we can unlock

    Yes, all the upgrades are for every month when you put it in 1 of your 3 slots. But the perks are just for one time use. Upgrades are like 250mb, 500mb or 1$ off for mobile. And you need to reach certain levels.
