Having trouble transfering from fizz to freedom

I just set up a 60gb for 40 dollar a month prepaid plan with freedom and I was looking to port over my number to freedom. However, when I fill out their forum it says that the port request has failed even though I put down the correct pin, number, IMEI, and account number. Is there any way that I can directly contact fizz and have them port over my number?

    If you have problem porting the number to Freedom you need to validate with them

    You can chat in direct

    • Sign into your account

    • Follow the link on this page: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-unable-log-my-fizz-account-what-do-i-do

    • Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '❔' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode

    • Choose the option 💬 chat

    • If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser.

    Hello, if you didn’t get the transfer validation text message, you can try to call Videotron (the parent company) at 1-833-655-8479. Sometimes they need to authorize it manually.
