Hello, I have no minutes in my plan but use funds in my wallet to make and receive phone calls. Will I still have access to VoLTE when I'm connected to the LTE network?

Thanks

i cannot test since I have unlimited calls

but yes you must be able to use it without any problem since I used in USA

the only thing you need to have a phone that is certified by Fizz for VoLTE

If you're using funds in your wallet to make and receive phone calls with Fizz and wondering about VoLTE (Voice over LTE) access, it's important to understand how VoLTE typically works with mobile service providers.

VoLTE allows you to make voice calls over the LTE network instead of the traditional voice networks. This technology generally provides higher quality voice calls and faster call setup times. However, access to VoLTE depends on a few factors:

    1. Device Compatibility: Your phone needs to be compatible with VoLTE technology.
    2. Network Support: The network you're using (in this case, Fizz's network) must support VoLTE.
    3. Plan Requirements: Some carriers might require specific plan types for VoLTE access.
