How do I reverse unsubscribe and delete payment methods so I can add new card

The only way is to wait the day your plan will be closed and after you will have the option to reactivate it

From the guide

Good to know: If you change your mind, you can reuse your Fizz phone number up to 60 days after unsubscribing, whether to reactivate your plan or to use it for another plan in your account.
