VoLTE compatible SIM card never received
Hello
A month ago I requested a SIM card for both numbers that I have with Fizz. So far I only received one. I verified my account and I'm no longer able to order SIM card for free. Please advise how to proceed.

usually that free sim are sent with Canada post for me it took 3 weeks to receive it
i will wait couples of days and if you will not get it I will contact the support
they will probably ask to buy a card and ask for a refund
