Why can't I reactivate a mobile plan if it has ben deactivated only 23 days ago?
Hello, I wan't to reactivate a plan that I deactivated 23 days ago. The thing is that I can't do it because there is no ''reactivate'' button next to my plan or anywhere else. I would really want to reactivate that specific plan and keep my number. Thanks for your wisdom!

the reactivation will be available only when a plan is deactivated, since it will be deactivated at the end of the billing cycle
If your plan is deactivated and you don't have the options, to reactivate, can you try to use the browser in private mode?
You can chat in direct
• Sign into your account

• Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '❔' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode

Hey @EC2022 just wondering were you able to figure it out?
I have a similar situation. I ported out my number about 1-2 week ago.
In the "My plans" page it shows as deactivated, but there is no "reactivate" button.
The email from Fizz says it should be there.
Anyone else seen something like this / know what the solution is?0 -
