Any idea why we receive so many $ rewards when we seem to have a 3 reward slot maximum per plan?
Has anyone received more than 3 reward slots? Or do multiple advices per account have to share those rewards?

Initially, the upgrade bonuses was supposed to expire after 2 years following the date they were received. But Fizz never applied this rule. This expiration of 2 years was completely remove from the ''My reward policy'' last update. The maximum of 3 upgrades per plan for the members at level 5 has not changed. So you have to choose what's the best one for you.

probably it was this the plan from the beginning when a bonus was supposed to expire.
At this moment, the only reason, why they are still like that probably to incentive a member to have multiple plan (but this doesn't work well with an internet plan)
Fizz should modify the bonus system to giving us more slots
